What is a Sodality?
A confraternity or pious association. The term was used already in early Christian times for voluntary groups of the faithful who sought to work together with like-minded people for the strengthening of their own religious commitment and advancing the Kingdom of Christ to others.
Why a Sodality?
To grow in holiness, love, and virtue together.

What is the Rule?
- A firm commitment to Christian perfection.
- Dedication to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
- At least 15 minutes of daily mental prayer/spiritual reading.
- At least one decade of the Rosary daily.
- Daily Mass, if possible.
- 15 minutes of quality leisure daily.
- No meat and fast until 3pm on Fridays.
- Confession with a fixed Confessor monthly.
- Annual retreat.
